Chula Vista

Chula Vista, with a population approaching 225,000, is the county’s second largest city. Located seven miles south of downtown San Diego and seven miles north of the world’s busiest international border crossing. From a scenic bay front that stretches along the coast to the master-planned communities and majestic San Miguel Mountain in the east, Chula Vista is a powerhouse of residential design and environmental innovation. It’s one of the fastest growing cities in San Diego.

East Lake

One stroll through the streets of EastLake and you'll sense it. In 1986 Eastlake opened their first neighborhoods on these 3,200 acres of land just south of San Diego in the City of Chula Vista. The Developer had a clear vision to create a community that has everything a family would ever need — schools, parks, stores, business centers — within a single area. Most importantly, Eastlake has created a community that's safe, serene and supportive of healthy, happy living. All while being just far enough from downtown San Diego to feel separate from the city yet just close enough to be convenient to fit the downtown lifestyle.

Coronado

The city is a very popular tourist destination for San Diegans, other Americans, and International visitors alike. The small island resort prides itself on its small town atmosphere with an often uptown social environment. The district is one of the most expensive places to reside in San Diego County and the nation. Tourism is an essential ingredient of the economy for the city of Coronado. This city is home to three famous resorts (Hotel Del Coronado, Coronado Island Marriott and Loews Coronado Bay Resort as well as several other hotels and inns.

Imperial Beach

Swim, surf, sunbathe, jog, fish, or spend the day building a sandcastle at Imperial Beach, the most southwesterly community in the U.S. This beautiful, sandy beach is a great place to visit for some much-needed relaxation away from the crowds. Quiet, solitary, and still a bit of a hippie community, Imperial Beach is 20 miles south of downtown San Diego and a few miles short of the Mexican border.
